Overview

Conquer the hills of San Francisco on our e-bike tour! Never used an e-bike before? No problem; our helpful staff will take the time to explain everything to you and give you a chance to test the bikes before we depart. Leaving from our centrally located office in Fisherman's Wharf at 9:30am, we'll set out to see the main highlights of San Francisco. We'll whizz by the famous Painted Ladies, stop off at Haight-Asbury for a quick break, and take in stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge. The e-bikes will allow us to climb to some of the higher vantage points in the city. Save your energy with our e-bikes and get great photo opportunities! We'll wrap up the tour back at our office near Ghirardelli Square where your guide will be happy to provide you with recommendations for what else you can see and do in San Francisco. This tour will leave you refreshed and ready to keep exploring!

Where is the meeting point?

This tour meets at our Fisherman’s Wharf office, conveniently located at 757 Beach St. San Francisco, CA 94109.

What's the cancellation policy?

We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour departure. Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.

What are your covid policies?

Masks are not required at this time, but we take every effort to ensure social distancing while on tour.

What if it rains?

Our tours run rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos available.

Is this a good tour for kids?

Yes!

What kind of bikes do you use?

We use throttle e-bikes that are great for anyone 13 or older, and perfect for the steeper hills of San Francisco.

Are helmets mandatory?

Yes.

Will we enter any of the monuments that we see?

This tour was designed to see San Francisco from a broad perspective, so we have not built in time to enter any museums or monuments.

How long is the tour?

The tour is about four hours long and covers approximately 15 miles/24 kilometers.

Can I leave the tour early?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special requests like this on our group tours, and ask that you plan on staying with us until the tour is over.

Can I store my luggage at your shop during the tour?

Yes!

Will my bike have a basket?

We will provide you with either a small basket or a bike bag that's great for holding small personal items like phones/wallets. You are welcome to leave larger bags in our office. We recommend that guests bring only the things they needs or wear a small backpack.

What's included?

We provide the bike, helmet, an illustrated map of San Francisco, and excellent local guide.
